The Print Preview window displays the printed output on the screen so that it can be reviewed before printing to paper. It contains the following toolbar buttons:
This button displays the Print dialog and closes the Print Preview window.
This displays the Page Setup dialog that can be used to change the format of the printed output.
This displays the next page in the print job if the page has been zoomed in.
This displays the previous page in the print job if the page has been zoomed in.
This button toggles between displaying one page and two pages in the print preview window.
This enlarges the view of the current page.
This button decreases the size of the current page so that more of it can be seen without scrolling.
This button closes the Print Preview window without producing any printed output.
